- Download and use our mobile application, the R.AI APP.

- "App": Refers to any of our applications that reference or link to this policy, including the R.AI APP. 

- "Services": Encompasses our App, along with associated services like sales, marketing, and events.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT 

Personal Information You Provide

We collect personal information you voluntarily share when expressing interest in our Services, participating in App activities, or contacting us. This may include: 

- Payment Data: Necessary for processing purchases (e.g., credit card number, security code). Payment data is stored by Apple; . 

- Other details like names, contact information, and feedback. 

 

All provided information must be accurate and updated by you as needed. 

 

Automatically Collected Information 

We gather technical and usage data when you access the App, including: 

- Device and Browser Data: IP address, device ID, operating system, browser type, and language preferences. 

- Log Data: Timestamps, visited pages, feature usage, error reports, and system activity. 

-  Hardware Permissions: 

  - Microphone: For audio recording and transcription into notes. 

  - Camera: To capture photos and convert them into notes. 

  - Photos: To import images from your devices gallery for note inclusion. 

- Account Data: Google or Apple account IDs/email for authentication and personalized experiences. 

 

Push Notifications 

We may request permission to send push notifications about your account or App features. You can disable these in your device settings. 

 

 

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION 

We process your data for legitimate business purposes, contract fulfillment, legal compliance, or with your consent: 

- Account Management: Facilitating logins (including third-party accounts like Google), managing user profiles, and sending administrative updates. 

- Service Improvement: Analyzing feedback, enabling user communications, and enhancing features. 

- Security & Compliance: Detecting fraud, responding to legal requests, and enforcing policies. 

- Marketing: Sending promotional content (you may opt out of emails at any time) and delivering targeted ads based on your interests or location.

The App may link to or display content from third parties. We do not control their privacy practices or content. Always review their policies before sharing information, as we are not liable for their actions. 

 

 

5. DATA RETENTION 

We retain your information only as long as necessary for stated purposes or by law (up to 1 year unless required longer for legal/accounting reasons). After use, data is deleted, anonymized, or securely stored if deletion isnt immediately possible. 

 

 

6. DATA SECURITY 

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data, though no system is 100% secure. Transmission risks remain your responsibility; use the App in a secure environment. 

 

 

7. MINORSDATA 

We do not knowingly collect data from those under 18. If you are a minor, you must have parental consent to use the App. We will delete minor usersdata upon discovery. 

 

 

8. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS 

In regions like the EEA, UK, and California, you have specific rights: 

- Access/Correction: Request copies of your data or fix inaccuracies. 

- Erasure/Restriction: Ask to delete or limit processing of your data. 

- Data Portability: Receive a copy of your data for transfer to another service. 

- Opt-Out: Withdraw consent for marketing or object to data processing.

9. DO-NOT-TRACK (DNT) 

We do not currently respond to DNT signals, as no universal standard exists. We will update this policy if such a standard is adopted. 

 

 

10. UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE 

We may revise this policy periodically. Material changes will be highlighted or notified directly. Check for updates regularly to stay informed. 

 

 

  1. Account Deletion

 

You have the right to request the deletion of your account at any time by accessing the account settings within the App or by contacting our support team at  rainoteservice@outlook.com. To ensure the security of your data, we will verify your identity before processing the deletion request. 

 

Once your account is deleted, all personal data associated with your account will be permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered. This includes your account information, preferences, and any content you have uploaded, subject to applicable legal requirements for data retention (e.g., for tax or regulatory compliance). 

 

If you use Apple Sign In, your Apple ID token will be revoked immediately upon account deletion to prevent further access. Please note that deletion is irreversible, and you will lose access to all features requiring account authentication. For temporary absence, consider using the "Disable Account" option (if available) to retain your data while deactivating your profile.
