By using the R.AI APP ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms") governed by R.AI Team ("R.AI"). If you disagree, do not access the Service.

1. GENERAL TERMS

- Prohibited Uses: Do not use the Service illegally, violate laws/regulations, or interfere with its operation (e.g., via malware, automated bots, or unauthorized API access).

- Account Conduct: Create accounts only through authorized methods. Violations may result in account termination at our discretion.

2. SERVICE CONDITIONS

- Policy Changes: We may update these Terms at any time. Review them regularly; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

- Access Rights: We reserve the right to refuse service, modify/terminate access, or remove content without notice. Deactivate your account via the App if desired.

- Third-Party Links: Links to external sites are provided for convenience. We are not liable for their content or practices.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

- Ownership: R.AI owns all rights to the Service, including trademarks, content, and software. Do not copy, modify, or distribute them without written consent.

- Service Availability: The Service may be interrupted for maintenance or technical issues. We are not liable for content removal or service disruptions.

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Service is provided "as-is." We do not warrant error-free operation, security, or accuracy of content. Use the Service at your own risk.

5. LIABILITY LIMITATION

We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses (including damages from third-party interactions, content, or service use). You release us from claims against third parties accessed via the Service.

6. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend and indemnify R.AI against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, policy violations, or infringement of third-party rights.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by U.S. law. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in U.S. courts, and claims must be filed within 3 months of arising.

8. PURCHASES & SUBSCRIPTIONS

- Billing: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Manage cancellations via your account or App Marketplace settings. Refunds are not provided for partial periods.

- Virtual Items: Non-refundable and non-transferable; we may modify or remove them at our discretion.

9. TERRITORIAL RESTRICTIONS

We may limit Service availability by region, jurisdiction, or user, at our sole discretion.
